  • Handle export/import shipment both Ocean Air shipment.
  • Monitoring and follow up shipment with customer and shipping line/air line
  • Communicate with overseas agent for handle cargo or other inquiry.
  • Make a telemarketing visit R/O customer to get Free Hand shipment
  • Prepare and issued the Statistic Report for Air/sea Shipment monthly
  • Assist to communicate with Overseas Agent for import shipment.
  • Cooperate and create good team work with Sales Team
  • Preferably good knowledge of Forwarding, logistics or Supply Chain business.

requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputed University. Post-graduate specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 5 years experience in Telecomunication business
  • Proficient and experienced in one or more Procurement functions.
  • Experienced in project planning and operations, including both office and jobsite locations.
  • Experienced in the management or supervision of personnel, including defining tasks, making work assignments, and evaluating performance.
  • Knows the applicable Corporate and global business unit policies and instructions, and Procurement procedures and guidelines that affect the work.
  • Training or courses of specialized study in related subjects such as business administration, accounting, and law, including Uniform Commercial Code.
  • Management experience is preferred, including some experience leading teams or managing direct reports. 
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build consensus and drive decisions.
  • Must be a critical thinker and reliable decision-maker with strong attention to detail and an appetite for success.
Responsibilities:
  • Plans, manages, and coordinates Procurement activities on Teleommunication projects. Maintains a primary interface with the Project Manager, project team, and the Customer on all Procurement matters.
  • Participates with the project team in defining and developing the scope of Procurement work, and in preparing and coordinating Procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts and budgets. Prepares and/or directs preparation of general and special conditions for use on all project purchase documents, ensuring that requirements of the prime contract are incorporated.
  • Prepares Procurement work hour requests with the assistance of functional personnel. Monitors project Procurement work hour expenditures, including support offices, to ensure operations are within approved budgets. Evaluates changes, prepares appropriate revisions to the work hour budget, and secures required approvals. Determines and secures necessary approvals and monitors project Procurement staffing plans. Prepares, coordinates, and submits Procurement input to business development proposals, soliciting input from global business unit and Corporate Procurement personnel as necessary.
  • Prepares or directs preparation of the project Procurement procedures in conjunction with global business unit and Corporate functional management; contributes to the project procedures; monitors the Procurement team’s implementation of the project procedures; revises procedures and secures approvals as necessary. Participates in the development of the material assignment schedule and the division of responsibility. Coordinates Procurement execution plan with Engineering and Construction plans and operations to ensure that input from these disciplines will enable Procurement to perform its functions in accordance with project plans. Manages information flow to and from the Customer’s Procurement managers
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of assigned project Procurement personnel. Collaborates on personnel development planning for assigned personnel with responsible Procurement managers. Evaluates, advises, and acts to assure the availability of and the participation in development techniques, such as training and rotation to work assignments in other functions of Procurement.
  • Plans and directs the orderly closeout of Procurement operations, including destaffing, settlement of claims and back-charges, and resolving punch list items assigned to Procurement. Prepares, assembles, and issues a Procurement historical report for inclusion in the project historical report.
2. Marketing Communication Executive


Qualifications:
• Male or female with age Max 25 years old.
• Candidates from PR/ Communication/ Marketing major will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent in English, both oral and written.
• Good understand of social media and digital marketing.
• Good knowledge on Google Adword, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogger, Wordpress.
