Our client, one of the leading manufacturing company which product has been leading in the market for many years. As part of their rapid growth and expansion they are currently seeking for a highly potential candidate to join the success team as the:

PAYROLL MANAGER (Based in Malang)

The incumbent will be responsible for the whole payroll matters for factories and becoming a part of major improvement within the organization.


* Control payroll costing and ensure the right recording into the accounts
* Produce reports on the payroll process in timely manners
* Works with 3rd party payroll provider on the execution of the payment
* Ensure the storage and retention of the relevant documents within statutory guidelines
* Distribute salary slip to all employees in timely manners
* Ensure all supporting data that related to the payroll process are accurate and up-to-date
* Monitor and ensure compliance to government regulatory that related to the payroll process


* Male/Female, max 40 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Payroll Management or equivalent qualifications/experience
* Substantial Min 5 years experience in Payroll/HR administration including all end to end processes and working with other agencies
* Excellent payroll legislation knowledge and strategic payroll planning
* Experience of effectively managing staff in a payroll environment
* Experience of administration relating to the employment of staff with respect to recruitment and contracts of employment
* Substantial Payroll/HR Systems management experience, including the review, development and implementation of new systems
* Excellent knowledge of legislation/regulations/guidance as it relates to payroll administration, employment of staff with respect to recruitment and contracts of employment and pensions administration
* Excellent organization skills
* Well developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy and sensitivity.
* Ability to influence effectively where appropriate

* Committed/responds positively to change
* Emotional resilience, optimism and self awareness
* Excellent communication in English
* Willing to placed in Malang
