We are looking for candidates to fill position as follow:
Solutions Project Manager
Jakarta Raya
  • Ensure compliance with the AP Solutions process; opportunities logged, reported and signed off correctly
  • Develop and encourage improvements in the Solutions process
  • Ensure compliance with all related CEVA policies and ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001requirements pertaining to the business unit logistic initiatives
  • Define and agree the scope and timing of the proposal with the client
  • Managing solutions analyst in generating the required results in the tender process
  • Liase with Sector Leaders/Key Account Manager/Contract Logistic Managers on issues relating to proposal development
  • Develop, maintain and improve existing and potential customer service standards
  • Ensure that the Solutions database is update and maintained for all projects
  • Providing innovative, accurate, and on time submission solution to meet new customer requirement
  • Providing proactive support to operations with innovative solutions to ensure renewal contract of current customer
  • Providing detail, accurate information to support during internal ICAP/CAPEX, and External Commercial Negotiantions Process
  • Job Specific (logistics planning & control system (JIT&Kanban)); (integrated logistics, supply chain management and its role in the following areas: procurement, manufacturing, production control, warehousing, inventory management, material handling systems, transport and distributions, information system, reverse logistics); (financial concepts & financial management); (project management)
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer skills (PC literate-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Access); advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based and specific job related software
  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience with a proven track records of success in related Solutions (BD) activities
  • Supply Chain Mastery, Developing people
  • Tight proposal submission timeline, complex business proposals, finding "brand new initiative solutions related logistics"
