We are a fast growing Services Company for Oil and Gas industry giving the opportunity for the qualified candidates to fill our vacant positions with qualification as follows:
Requirement for Secretary:

  • Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Good looking, good appearance and attitude
  • Graduated min. DIII in Secretary or Management degree
  • Having 3 (three) years experience in secretarial position
  • Computer literate
  • Can work as a team and individually
  • Excellent Communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Able to make a minutes meeting, writing report, organizing and manage agendas.
  • Preferred Fluent  in Mandarin ( Oral and Writing) / Hokian
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Indonesia and English
  • Trustworthy, dedicated, highly self motivated, good initiative, hard worker and available occasional work duties
  • Able to work under pressure and able to handle multiple task.
