We are, a private company which located at South Jakarta, require a highly motivated and talented people to fill in the vacant position:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Doing all matters related to administration duties, such as:
  • Daily transaction
  • Prepare quotation, PO, SO, contract document, project agreement, letters for purchasing logistic
  • Prepare tender documents
  • Create invoice
  • Booking ticket for national staff or expatriate – for local trip or international trip

Job Specification:

  • Female
  • Educational background minimum in Diploma
  • Has knowledge in purchasing /logistic / accounting is an advantage
  • Has experience at the same position min. 1 year, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Self-starter, able to do multiple tasks
  • Able to speak English
  • Honest, independent and result oriented.
